I hear she hates it when you call her Nymphadora.
 This is a commission for  of Nymphadora Tonks from J. K. Rowling's Harry Potter series (but I'm sure you all know that already).I have her casting a made up (but probably feasible) spell that basically translates to "butterfly light". Lumos is the common wand-light spell from the HP books and Nymphalidae is the family of some 5,000 species of butterfly. You can check out the lineart here. Pencil: 3 hours 45 mins. Photoshop CS3: 13 hours Don't ask where she got Death Kitty and the Fat Man socks. :3 [EDIT] Sorry people, I had to reduce the size because of continuous art theft. I'll be shrinking and watermarking all my work from now on.  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
